Ahhh... its here- in just a few weeks we will bit adieu to Spring and welcome the first official day of Summer. There is no better feeling than being right here- on the edge of the season: I say BRING IT ON! I'm ready for scorching sun, lazy afternoons and no socks until September (or October if were lucky)!
This months cupcake is an ode to one of our fav summer corner store treats- the Creamsicle! It tastes just like a summer treat should, the cake is super light and fluffy with a nice orange taste and the frosting is super creamy, orange y and delicious! Note** make sure you buy extra, because 1 is simply not enough!
