Cupcake of the Month!

People come from far and wide to buy yummy stuff's red velvet cupcake. It has become our signature flavor, with red velvet connoisseurs all over Toronto (and abroad) comparing it to the best of the best in Canada and the USA. To sum it up- it's flat out delish!

Which got us thinking.... perhaps we should shake this recipe up and see what happens. The results are yummy- white velvet is the new cupcake of the month! What did we top this tasty treat with? A lovely, light strawberry frosting! It's the perfect cupcake for the month of May- light and delicate with a punch of fruity flavor... what a perfect way to celebrate the arrival of Spring!
