Happy Spring!

It's official- Spring has sprung! The air is fresh and warm, the birds are singing, the trees and flowers literally bloomed before our eyes last week. Ahhh... it's all blue skies and sunshine...
I know you didn't come here to read a rant about the weather (again). You were probably wondering why we're well into April and we have not revealed the feature cupcake for April yet.

This months cupcake is inspired by Morag's recent trip to Boston. She visited the hotel where the Boston cream pie was conceived. She ate and it was good! This month's feature flavour is Boston cream! Our cupcake has all the things you would expect in the Boston Cream- a light, spongy vanilla cake with a generous pastry cream filling, topped with chocolate ganache and chocolate sprinkles. Authentically delicious!
