Cupcake of the Month!

Ahem... excuse the absence- so much for easing slowly and quietly into the new year- the phone is ringing off the hook, the shop is has been busy and we have been thinking about wedding cakes, Valentines day, custom orders and everything in between.... it really has been great! Now that we have a minute to catch our breath, let's talk cupcakes.

To make up for no posts, allow me to totally blow you away with this months feature cupcake- but first let me offer a warning: this cupcake is not for the faint of heart- it's decadent, chocolaty and filled with a delicious surprise. Chocolate cupcake with a passion fruit curd filling and topped with a velvety sour cream chocolate ganche. Yum! It's not often that posts about the monthly feature are made this late- this cupcake is definitely worth a trip down to the shop... hurry, you have less than 2 weeks left and these little treats are selling like hotcakes!
