Holiday Time!

After a very hectic holiday season, the yummy staff are taking a well deserved break! We will be open Christmas Eve between 9am and noon- then Yummy Stuff will be closed until Saturday January 8th, 2011.

Still need a few last minute Christmas goodies? Yummy Stuff is stocked full of Christmas treats- yummy stocking stuffers, host(ess) gifts and Christmas desserts galore!

Cupcake of the month!

I don't know if you have noticed, but we are knee deep in the Christmas season... I do believe that Parkdale may permanently smell like gingerbread from all the cookie baking we have been doing. Our oven has been doing double duty for weeks!

Because it's been nothing but gingerbread, gingerbread, gingerbread for the last few weeks we thought we would surprise you with something different- enter this month's feature flavour... Pomegranate cupcake! A cupcake made with real pomegranate (including the seeds!), topped with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with fresh pomegranate seeds! Yummy!

Don't fret- for all you gingerbread lovers we are also featuring our ever popular gingerbread cupcake with chocolate buttercream frosting on it.

We are also featuring lots of awesome treats in the shop this month for Christmas (see below for our Christmas menu).
